Birte Kersten

Birte Kersten is a legal professional with extensive experience in the field of law, currently serving as an advocate specializing in criminal law at Aarts & Poortinga Advocaten since May 2019. Prior to this role, Birte held positions as Interim Legal Counsel at DPA Professionals and as an advocate/associate focused on real estate at Simmons & Simmons. Birte has also participated as a competitor in the prestigious Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot while representing Utrecht University.
