Leandra Wilson

As the Director of Human Resources, Leandra is responsible for the employee experience, engagement, performance management, training & development, strategic initiatives, and everything in between as it relates to human resources functions. She joined the company in 2023. Leandra has over 20 years of direct experience in progressive human resources management positions in aerospace manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, engineering, and healthcare industries. Leandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, as well as her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Leandra is an active member in multiple Human Resources associations and has served many terms as Association President, Education Chair, and Membership Chair.
