Kathryn Robison

Kathryn Robison is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Javara since March 2023, Kathryn previously held the position of Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, extensive experience at Bank of America included roles as Vice President, Human Resources Manager, along with various assistant vice president positions focused on human resources consultancy and campus talent acquisition. Earlier in Kathryn's career, a role as a Business Analyst was undertaken at Public Consulting Group. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has studied the History of Modern Spain and the European Union at Universidad de Sevilla.
