Soundarya Malyala

Soundarya Malyala currently serves as the Director of Client Success at Aaseya, where responsibilities include managing key customer accounts for high-power laser diode solutions, ensuring product adoption, satisfaction, and the smooth delivery of custom solutions. Previously, Soundarya held the position of Head of Client Success at VerdureRCM, driving client relationships and the adoption of AI-powered revenue cycle management tools in the US healthcare sector. Earlier roles at VerdureRCM also included Senior Client Success Manager and Client Success Manager. Additionally, Soundarya has experience with AKELA Laser Corporation in various client success roles. Soundarya holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Woxsen University, obtained in June 2017.
