Mahavir Patel

Mahavir Patel currently serves as the President & CEO of Aatmos, beginning in 2022, and is a member of YPO since January 2024. Previously, Mahavir held the position of Chief Development Officer at Mission Hospitality from 2018 to 2021, where responsibilities included developing an active pipeline and overseeing all aspects of acquisition, design, planning, brand selection, and concept development. As an Area Manager, Mahavir collaborated with the CEO to enhance operational efficiency across multiple domains and served as an asset manager for two properties. In 2017, Mahavir worked as the Assistant General Manager at Margaritaville, focusing on P&L responsibilities and optimizing service culture. Additional experience includes a role as Guest Experience Supervisor at HEI Hotels & Resorts in 2016 and a summer internship at Hickory Construction, Inc. Mahavir holds a Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management & Development from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
