Annika Clausen

Annika Clausen is an experienced program manager currently working at AAUW, where responsibilities include overseeing fellowships and grants. Prior roles include program associate for alumnae programs at AAUW and graduate student focusing on program development in international education at The George Washington University. Annika's previous experience encompasses operations management at Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, where operational efficiencies for multiple learning centers were developed, as well as mentoring staff and consulting with parents and educators. Teaching experience includes serving as an English as a Second Language instructor in Turkey, implementing the International Baccalaureate curriculum. Annika holds a Master's Degree in International Education from The George Washington University and two Bachelor's Degrees in Linguistics and French Language from San Francisco State University, along with a CELTA certification.
