Ivana M. M.

Ivana M. M. is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on higher education administration. Since July 2022, Ivana has served on the National Inclusion & Equity Committee of the AAUW, promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization. Additionally, Ivana is a board member of the Executive Board of Advisors at the University of Richmond, contributing to outreach and networking for the Jepson School of Leadership. Formerly, Ivana worked as the Associate Director for Alumni Engagement & Inclusion Initiatives at William & Mary, where responsibilities included managing diverse programming and serving on multiple diversity and inclusion committees. Ivana's experience also includes roles in legislative assistance, curriculum advising, and international student immigration compliance, along with academic honors in social justice research. Educational qualifications include a current PhD program at the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's degree from William & Mary, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond.
