Aashish Shinde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager at Aavas Financiers Ltd since April 2024, Aashish has previously held the position of Senior Vice President I at AU Small Finance Bank from April 2022 to April 2024. Aashish’s career at Kotak Mahindra Bank spanned from July 2007 to April 2022, where a progression of roles included Vice President & Regional Sales Manager, AVP & Regional Sales Head for Home Finance, Area Sales Manager, Senior Manager, Manager, Deputy Manager, and Assistant Manager.
