Thanura Jayatissa

Thanura Jayatissa started their work experience as an Electrical and Electronic Engineer at Hemas Hospitals Sri Lanka in September 2021. During this internship, they gained valuable knowledge and improved their interpersonal skills and professional competence. They also had the opportunity to design a prototype for automating the hospital's main car park. In February 2023, Thanura joined Aayu Technologies as an Associate Software Engineer. The current end date for this role is unknown.

Thanura Jayatissa is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at SLIIT, starting in 2019 and expected to graduate in 2023. Prior to this, Thanura completed their secondary education at Mahinda College, with the year of completion being in 2018. In addition to their formal education, Thanura has obtained several certifications, including "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts", "Java Object-Oriented Programming", "Java Programming for Complete Beginners", "Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts", and "Learning MySQL Development" from institutions such as LinkedIn and Udemy in January 2023.
