Craig Peck

Craig Peck is an experienced professional in reward and global mobility, currently serving as the Head of Reward & Global Mobility at AB Agri since April 2018. Craig has held several positions at AB Agri, including Global Reward Lead and Reward Manager. Prior to this role, Craig worked as a Reward Consultant at Whitbread from August 2017 to March 2018 and as a Reward Executive at Costa Coffee between August 2015 and July 2017. Craig's tenure at Whitbread began in January 2007, where roles included Senior Reward Analyst, Reward Analyst, Training Coordinator, and HR Advisor. Craig earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Buckinghamshire New University between 2003 and 2006 and completed initial education at Stopsley High School.
