Mohammad Nazrul Islam

Mohammad Nazrul Islam has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mohammad Nazrul started their career at Square Pharmaceuticals Limited as an intern before moving on to Grameenphone Ltd, where they held multiple positions, including Employee Relations Manager and Project Coordinator. Mohammad Nazrul then joined Citycell, where they served as the Head of HR in the HR & Admin Division. After Citycell, they worked at Rangs Group as the Head of HR & Admin, focusing on talent management, HR policies, and workforce planning. Prior to their current role, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at NAVANA GROUP. Currently, Mohammad Nazrul Islam holds the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Legal Affairs at AB Bank Limited. Mohammad Nazrul has extensive experience in HR and legal affairs, demonstrating their expertise in these areas.

Mohammad Nazrul Islam completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) and Master of Commerce degrees in Accounting from the University of Dhaka between 1993 and 2000. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from North South University from 2006 to 2009.
