Steve Renfrow has a vast work experience spanning over several years. Steve began their career as a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army, where they served as a Field Artillery Officer. After leaving the military, they joined Dana Corporation, where they held various positions, including Project Engineer and Operations Manager. As Operations Manager, they oversaw a large facility with hundreds of employees and was responsible for production of air, fuel, and oil filter products. During their time at Dana Corporation, they also served as the Enterprise Resource Planning Manager, leading the successful implementation of a company-wide ERP system across multiple facilities.

Renfrow then moved on to Affinia Group (formerly Dana Corporation), where they continued their role as Plant Manager, overseeing operations in a large filter manufacturing facility. Steve later joined MANN+HUMMEL Filtration Technology (formerly Affinia Group - WIX Filtration Products) as Plant Manager, where they managed a 550k sq. ft. manufacturing facility and supervised the production of air, oil, fuel, and cabin air filters. Steve then transitioned to their most recent role as Vice President of Manufacturing at A.B. Carter, Inc.

Overall, Renfrow has demonstrated extensive experience in manufacturing management, particularly in the automotive industry, and has consistently shown the ability to effectively lead teams and successfully implement operational improvements.

Steve Renfrow attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1975 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Steve then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bowling Green State University from 1996 to 1999, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
