Romanova Olga serves as the Head of Legal (Commercial), Compliance, and Government Relations support at AB InBev Efes since December 2018, bringing extensive legal experience from previous roles including Senior Legal Counsel at Anheuser-Busch InBev and Legal Counsel for AVON and LG Electronics. Romanova excels in providing strategic legal advice, identifying complex legal issues, and setting governance policies, while also supporting various business functions in matters of compliance and risk management. With a Master of Laws degree from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Romanova has built a strong reputation for effective legal risk management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder relations throughout a diverse career in the legal field.
