Doug Lazarini

Doug Lazarini is an experienced product designer with a strong background in design systems and user experience. At AB InBev, Doug led the Hexa Design System within the BEES Design Team, supporting over 50 global product squads across 30 markets, and served as a Senior Product Designer for the BEES Platform. Prior experience includes contributions to enterprise-level design systems at Meiuca, leading UX initiatives for the social media management tool mLabs, and enhancing digital experiences at Quero Education. Doug began a professional journey in web design and development at Surta Digital Agency, where design and delivery were optimized for over 100 digital products. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Tech Innovation at Unifesp, Doug also holds a specialization in User Experience Design from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
