Gabriela Costa is an experienced marketing leader with a significant background in brand management and insights across major companies. At AB InBev from April 2022 to December 2024, Gabriela served as the Head of Marketing Culture & Capabilities, overseeing the Marketing Capabilities, Creativity, and Culture team. Previously, Gabriela held the position of Head of Beer Brand Insights, managing insights for a diverse beer portfolio, and was also the Senior Director of Brand & Commercial Insights for Michelob ULTRA. Gabriela is a member of ANA's Marketing Capabilities Council, collaborating with global marketing leaders on capability and transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Johnson & Johnson, where Gabriela managed notable brands within the baby and face care categories in Brazil and LATAM. Gabriela's early career involved brand management consulting at Zambon INC. Gabriela holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and has studied at Università Bocconi.
