Sergio Concha currently serves as the Fintech Head for Colombia at AB Inbev, overseeing Bees Fintech, Bavaria, and Z-Tech since July 2021. Prior to this role, Sergio held the position of Operations Manager at GM Financial from February 2020 to July 2021. With significant experience in operations and strategy, Sergio led the ridesharing operations team for Uber in Colombia from December 2015 to January 2020, focusing on growth, retention, safety, and fraud. Previous roles include Andean Demand Planning Coordinator at Merck Group and Demand Planner at GlaxoSmithKline, alongside logistics and operations positions at Lexmark and Kuehne + Nagel. Sergio holds an MSc in Supply Chain and Purchasing Management from Audencia and a Specialized Master in Supply Chain and Purchasing Management from MIP Politecnico di Milano, complemented by an International Business Administration degree from Universidad de La Sabana.
