Tom Quilty

Tom Quilty is an experienced account director currently employed at Ab Initio Software since July 2025. Prior to this role, Tom served as the Enterprise Account Manager in Banking & Financial Services at Informatica from November 2018 to June 2025, managing a portfolio of BFSI customers in Australia and New Zealand. Tom held various leadership positions at Equifax, including Head of Sales for HR Risk Solutions and Head of Client Solutions for Employment Verification in A/NZ. Earlier in Tom's career, positions included Executive Recruiter at Ethos Corporation, Manager at PRA, and team leadership roles at Elan Computing Ltd and Spring Technology, focusing on IT staffing and business development. Tom holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Liverpool.
