Joe Persia

Joe Persia possesses extensive experience in construction management and supervision within the rail industry. Currently serving as Construction Manager and previously as Construction Supervisor at A&B Rail Services Ltd since September 2022, Joe has a strong background that includes roles as Supervisor at Allied Track Services Inc. from May 2016 to September 2022, and as Superintendent and Signals and Communications Foreman at PNR RailWorks from February 2008 to May 2016. Prior to that, Joe held the position of Signals and Communications Foreman at Condor Signal & Communications from June 2003 to February 2008, demonstrating a solid foundation in rail construction and signaling operations.
