Vony Middlebrooks

Vony Middlebrooks has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. From 2005 to 2011, Middlebrooks worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Sales Manager and Business Development Manager. In 2011, Middlebrooks joined TEKsystems as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for networking and identifying qualified IT professionals for employment opportunities. Middlebrooks eventually became a Recruiting Lead, managing teams and overseeing the full life cycle recruiting process. In 2017, Middlebrooks transitioned to AB Staffing Solutions, initially as the Director of Recruiting, where they designed and executed talent acquisition programs and collaborated with various stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness. Middlebrooks then progressed to roles of increasing seniority, with their most recent position being the Senior Vice President of Recruitment.
