Joseph Ng

Joseph Ng is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently serving as a consultant and behavior reduction specialist at ABA of Illinois since January 2024, focusing on Short Term Stabilization/Crisis Homes and Community Integrated Living Arrangements. Previous experience includes roles at The Autism Therapy Group as a BCBA, where Joseph managed behavior reduction programs for a diverse caseload, and as a Clinical Manager at Opya, where Joseph led training sessions and transitioned services to telehealth during the pandemic. Joseph has also held supervisory and managerial positions at ACES and the Center for Social Dynamics, providing oversight on multidisciplinary approaches and mentoring staff. Early career roles include providing behavior intervention services within the San Francisco Unified School District and supporting families through Understanding Behavior, Inc.
