Cathy Irizarry

Cathy Irizarry, MHRM, currently works as a Human Resources Manager at ABA Technologies, Inc. and as an Adjunct Faculty at Florida Institute of Technology. With extensive experience in various HR roles, Cathy has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Management and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida Institute of Technology. In their role as Manager of Academic Operations, Cathy reviewed positions for internal equity and administered faculty compensation. As Assistant Director of Human Resources, Cathy assisted in day-to-day HR office functions. Previously, as Manager of Position Control, Cathy oversaw position control management and played a crucial role in the annual budget process.
