Samantha Caplen has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Samantha started their career as an Office Administrator at Coventry University in 2008, where they provided administrative support and processed documentation. Samantha then worked as an Office Administrator at Global Lift Equipment from 2004 to 2009, where their responsibilities included processing sales orders, arranging deliveries, and providing administrative support. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Customer Advisor/Administrator at OnStream, where they resolved customer enquiries and coordinated with utilities companies.

In 2010, Samantha joined Norland College as a College Administrator, where they supported various departments and managed the diary of the Head of Education. Samantha then worked at Lifetime Awarding as a Customer Support Coordinator from 2013 to 2014, where they managed educational centers, coordinated quality visits, and produced reports.

From 2014 to 2016, Samantha worked as a Project Coordinator at CDK Global, where they coordinated projects and ensured their successful completion. Currently, they are employed as a Product Management Support Specialist at Abaco Systems, Inc., utilizing their skills in supporting product management processes.

Throughout their career, Samantha has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage responsibilities and provide support in various capacities.

Samantha Caplen attended Mold Alun High School and Sixth Form from 2001 to 2006. Samantha then pursued their higher education at the University of Portsmouth from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a FdA degree in Education Administration.
