Jeremy Rasmussen

Jeremy Rasmussen is the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Abacode. Jeremy has over 20 years of experience in the IT field, including leading a team performing cybersecurity R&D, specifically around mobile device & application security. Jeremy has also performed more than 500 IT security audits for government clients. Prior to joining Abacode, Jeremy was an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida, where they taught senior level undergraduate courses in Foundations of Cybersecurity and Cryptography and Network Security (Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering, College of Engineering); and Principles of Information Security, Cryptography and Network Security, Forensics, Ethical Hacking, and Mobile & Wireless Security (I.T. Program - College of Business, USF Sarasota Manatee). Jeremy also founded the Whitehatters Computer Security Club (WCSC) http://www.whitehatters.org. Before their teaching career, Jeremy was the Manager of the Cyber Security Solutions group at Sypris Electronics from February 1998 to September 2010, and a software engineer at Raytheon from March 1991 to February 1998.

Jeremy Rasmussen has a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida. Jeremy also has a Diploma in High School from Keswick Christian School.

Jeremy Rasmussen works with Greg Chevalier - SVP, Partners & Sales Strategy, Michael Brooks - Chief Delivery Officer, and Rolando Torres - Chief Operating Officer. Jeremy Rasmussen reports to Michael Ferris, Chief Executive Officer.
