Amy Bickford

Amy Bickford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client and member services, particularly in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Client & Member Services at Abacus Health Solutions since January 2022, Amy previously held various leadership roles at Plan International USA from 1992 to 2021, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Donor Engagement & Loyalty. In these roles, responsibilities included developing strategies for donor engagement, managing large customer care teams, overseeing operational issues, and representing the organization domestically and internationally. Amy began their career as a Case Manager at Mental Health Services of Cranston, Johnston, and Northwestern RI, Inc., supporting young individuals in a residential setting. Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
