Anand Patel

Anand Patel has worked in the health care industry since 2009. Anand started out as the Director of Clinical Operations at ProCare Rx in 2009 and moved on to become the Directory of Pharmacy at Hudson Health Plan in 2012. In 2014, they were the Director of Business Planning and Operations at Emblem Health, and in 2015, they were the Senior Director of Clinical Product Development at Abarca Health LLC. In 2016, they were the Director of Government Programs - Pharmacy at Emblem Health, and in 2018, they were the Director of Clinical Consulting at UnitedHealth Group. In 2019, they were a Software Engineer at NYU Langone Health, and in 2020, they were a Python Developer at Flipt and a Strategic Planner at Mosaic Group, an FCB Health Network Company. Anand is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Abacus Insights.

Anand Patel attended Rutgers University from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy. In 2018 and 2019, they attended both Hack Reactor and Galvanize Inc to complete their Advanced Software Engineering Immersive Programs. In April 2022, they obtained an AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical) certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In May 2022, they obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
