Jack Quigley

Jack is a highly accomplished senior technology executive with deep expertise across all aspects of enterprise architecture, data management and operations for payers, including master data management. In a distinguished career at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, he most recently served as Chief Architect, responsible for data strategy, interoperability, enterprise architecture, data and integration architecture, technology architecture, solution architecture and data governance. As Horizon BCBSNJ’s Director of Data Architecture, he made digital APIs the new integration standard.

Jack’s experience also includes positions as Senior Director of enterprise architecture for Syneos Health and Senior Director of IT systems for CVS Health. Jack holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University. When he is not working, Jack enjoys strumming his guitar and spending good times with his wife and four sons.
