Jay Sedai

Jay Sedai has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 with COTIVITI NEPAL as an Associate Software Engineer, followed by a role as a Software Engineer and then a Senior Software Engineer. In 2013, Jay began working at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas as an Application and Database Developer and a Graduate Teaching Assistant. In 2015, Jay moved to Cotiviti as a Systems Analyst II and a Senior Data Engineer and Technical Product Owner. In 2020, Jay began working at Advantasure as a Senior Product Owner and a Product Owner, Risk Adjustment. Most recently, in 2021, Jay began working at Abacus Insights as a Senior Data Engineer.

Jay Sedai has an extensive educational background. Jay completed a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a BE in Computer Engineering from Tribhuvan University, IOE, Pulchowk Campus in 2009. Additionally, Jay has obtained several certifications, including Data Science and Big Data Analytics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2019, Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals from Coursera Course Certificates in 2018, Getting and Cleaning Data from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016, R Programming from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016, The Data Scientist’s Toolbox from Coursera Course Certificates in 2015, Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2020, and Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019.
