Blake Haugen

Blake Haugen is a highly experienced software engineering professional with a strong focus on data engineering and machine learning. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Kettle since October 2022, Blake previously held multiple positions at American Family Insurance, including Data Engineering Manager and Senior Data Engineer from July 2020 to October 2022. Prior to that, Blake worked at Allstate as a Senior Big Data Engineer and has a diverse background in machine learning and data analysis from roles at PYA Analytics and academic positions at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville. Blake holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Applied Meteorology, complementing a foundational B.A. in Computer Science and Engineering Science from Wartburg College.
