Nadge Varsani

Nadge Varsani has worked in various roles since 1996. Nadge began their career at BRITISH TELECOMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY as a Network Architect/Service Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for service delivery to BT's major financial institutional clients. From there, they moved to BearingPoint in 2000 as a Program Manager, adding value as the network infrastructure project lead for a California based financial services company merger. In 2006, they joined Cisco Systems as a Program Manager, leading the Cisco implementation team in its delivery of IP Telephony to a key, large financial services client. In 2007, they were the Director of Information Technology, Security & Compliance at Care Management International, where they managed IT security, disaster recovery planning and network infrastructure performance. Nadge then moved to Group Finance Solutions Consulting Ltd in 2013 as a Business/IT Consultant. In 2014, they joined Kier Group as a Senior Project Manager, delivering MBaaS workflow solutions for Kier's utility services clients. In 2016, they became the Chief Technology Officer at BTQ Financial, responsible for leading the company's technology vision, strategy and execution. Finally, in 2017, they joined Infor as a Senior Operations & Business Intelligence Manager and Abacus Insights as a Director Of Client Operations, Director of Cloud Operations, Director Of Corporate Technology & Infrastructure and Technology Alliances & Program Director.

Nadge Varsani has a diverse educational background. Nadge obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University between 1993 and 1994. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Aeronautical Engineering from The University of Manchester between 1989 and 1993. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2021, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)2 in June 2021, an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2021, a PMP from PMI in December 2004, and an (ISC)2 Security CISSP (ISC2-CISSP) from ISC in April 2002.
