Cavendish Collado has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Cavendish started in 2004 as a Desktop Support Technician at TEKsystems and then worked as a Helpdesk Analyst at StaffIT in 2005. In 2006, they became a Junior System Administrator at Reuters through Adecco Staffing, USA. Cavendish then joined TEKsystems again as a Cable Technician from 2006 to 2008. After that, they worked as a Server Support Engineer at Tokio Marine Management for Fujitsu from 2007 to 2008.

In 2008, Cavendish started working at Thomson Reuters as a Training Systems Administrator. In this role, they were responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, setting up enterprise training courses, performing basic Cisco administration, imaging and deploying machines, setting up audio-visual equipment, supporting and setting up in-house training market data servers, managing desktops, and providing support to internal clients.

In 2014, Cavendish joined Caesars Entertainment Corporation as a Migration Consultant Lead for a brief period of time. Cavendish then worked at Eze Castle Integration as a Field Engineer from 2014 to 2016.

Currently, Cavendish is working at Abacus Group. Cavendish started as an Onsite Technician in 2016 and later became a Disaster Recovery Engineer in 2019, with an ongoing position.

Cavendish Collado graduated from Devry Institute of Technology in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. In 2023, they obtained the certification of "Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals" from Microsoft. Additionally, Cavendish holds a certification in A+ from CompTIA, although the exact month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
