Client Support Manager - West Coast Region at Abacus Group

Myisha Remo has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support. Myisha most recently worked at Abacus Group as a Client Support Team Lead since January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Remote Support Engineer at Abacus Group from September 2017. In this role, they provided high-level client support and technical issue resolution to end users through various channels and collaborated with escalated team members to expedite resolutions.

Prior to that, Myisha held positions at GE Aviation as an Information Engineer in the IT Operations Helpdesk team from July 2013 to February 2015, at PepsiCo as an Infrastructure Helpdesk Analyst from October 2010 to July 2013, and at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation as a Service Desk Analyst from December 2009 to September 2010.

Myisha also gained experience at CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation as a Tier 2 Technical Associate from June 2008 to October 2009, at T-Mobile as a Tier 3 BlackBerry/PDA Support from November 2007 to September 2008, and at Accenture as a Helpdesk Analyst from November 2006 to October 2007.

Myisha Remo attended Collin County Community College from 2009 to 2013, where they studied Information Technology. Myisha then pursued an Associate's degree in Computer Technology at Heald College-Concord from 1998 to 2001. In 2014, Myisha Remo enrolled at Tarrant County College to further their studies in Information Technology, and they are currently pursuing their degree in this field.
