Ernesto Marin

Ernesto Marin has over 25 years of experience in quality assurance and leadership roles. Ernesto is currently the Director of Quality at Abalta Technologies, Inc., where they are responsible for developing and executing strategic quality initiatives in adherence to ISO 29119 standards. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior QA Manager and QA Manager at the same company. Before joining Abalta Technologies, Inc., Ernesto worked at Nortek Security & Control LLC as a Product Validation Engineer, where they built and maintained business relationships with OEM partners and designed validation test plans for various products. Ernesto also has experience as a Global Quality Assurance Manager at UTC Fire & Security and as a Software Test Technician at Hewlett-Packard. Ernesto's early experience includes roles as a Software/Firmware Quality Assurance at Abbott Ambulatory Infusion and a Quality Assurance Lead at Palomar Software. Throughout their career, Ernesto has demonstrated expertise in quality assurance processes, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to industry standards.

From 1998 to 2001, Ernesto Marin attended ITT Technical Institute-San Diego where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
