Elijah McCloud

Elijah McCloud is a seasoned professional in the field of quality improvement and care coordination, currently serving as the Director of Continuous Quality Improvement at Helio Health, Inc. since May 2023. Previously, Elijah held director positions at Compeer Rochester and the Mental Health Association from March 2022 to May 2023. Prior to these roles, Elijah worked as a Care Coordination Supervisor at Person Centered Services Care Coordination Organization and FLACRA, and as a Program Manager at Catholic Family Center. Elijah's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Springfield College and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from St. John Fisher University, along with training from Medaille University and the United Way AALDP in 2021.
