Anthony is a commercial lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in Australia and the UK in both private practice and in the corporate sector. Anthony has significant experience in the healthcare industry, having worked for a large multinational healthcare company with operations in Australia and New Zealand, including dental.

Anthony’s expertise is in mergers and acquisitions and he enjoys being involved in organisational growth and continuous improvement. Anthony also has a passion for helping organisations grow safely through establishing appropriate governance arrangements and his role at Abano includes leading the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy.
