Heather Potter is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law. Currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel-Commercial at HashiCorp since January 2020, Potter has previously held significant legal roles at Unravel Data, Hortonworks, ABB, Silverpop (an IBM Company), The Walt Disney Company, Alschuler Grossman Stein & Kahan LLP, and Bingham McCutchen. Educated at Georgetown University Law Center, where a JD in Law was obtained, and UCLA, where a BA in Political Science was earned, Potter has demonstrated a strong expertise in corporate counsel and enterprise software legal matters throughout a distinguished career spanning over two decades.
