Esther Alvarez-Andersen possesses extensive experience in customer relations and account management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Relations, Account Management, and Customer Success at ABAX since June 2019, where responsibilities include evolving portfolio work and establishing core customer processes. Previously, Esther held key roles such as Head of GSS Service Desk at Telenor, focusing on customer retention and satisfaction, and Service Delivery Manager at Teleperformance, overseeing operational development and quality improvement initiatives. Esther also has a solid foundation in quality assurance and call center management from earlier positions at Teleperformance and PRC.
