Don Mullin

Don Mullin has a diverse and extensive background in telecommunications and technical support spanning several decades. Currently serving in a support role at Dragonwave since 2009, Don previously held the position of Director ATS at Vecima Networks for the duration of 2009. From April 2002 to December 2008, Don was the Manager of Support Engineering at Redline Communications, overseeing the implementation of a global 24/7 Technical Assistance Center (TAC) and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior System Integration Specialist at Kaval, focusing on the installation and troubleshooting of various wireless RF systems, and serving as the Local Service Center Supervisor at Call Net, where responsibilities included tier 2 and tier 3 maintenance for a local service network. Don's early career includes significant experience with the Department of National Defence as a ComTech and spans from 1975 to 1999, complemented by military education and a telecommunications degree attained during this period.
