Ilham Habibullayev

Ilham Habibullayev currently serves as the First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at The International Bank of Azerbaijan since October 2019. Prior roles include Adviser to the Chairman of the Management Board at Expressbank ASC from May 2010 to September 2019, and various leadership positions at Unibank, including CEO, Deputy CEO, and Senior Manager of Corporate Banking. Habibullayev began a career in banking at Trustbank (Azerbaijan) and has also worked at BE&G Company. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Sciences (History) from Istanbul University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Baku State University.
