Andrea Cassoni

Andrea Cassoni has extensive experience in the robotics and automation industry, currently serving as the Global Head of Collaborative Robotics and Ecosystem Partnerships Development at ABB since June 2001. In this role, Cassoni manages the collaborative robotics business, overseeing product portfolio development, sales, marketing strategies, and organizational structure to establish ABB Robotics as a leader in the market. Previous positions at ABB include Managing Director of the Global Business Line General Industry and General Manager of Robotics Italy, where Cassoni was accountable for significant financial performance and operational oversight. Earlier experience includes a role as Business Development and Sales Manager at ITW. Cassoni holds a Laurea in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Torino and has furthered education at IMD and SDA Bocconi.
