Carlos Fuentes

Carlos Fuentes has a robust career in accounting and internal control, beginning as an Auditor at Calderon Castillo y Asociados, S.C. from February 2006 to August 2008. Following this, Carlos held positions as a Senior Associate at PwC Mexico from August 2008 to December 2012 and at PwC Canada from December 2012 to February 2015, specializing in audit and assurance within the mining sector. Carlos transitioned to roles in internal audit at Flextronics and later served as the Controllership and Internal Control Manager at Fresnillo plc from November 2015 to August 2024. Currently, Carlos is the Internal Control Manager at ABB. Carlos’s educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Universidad Autónoma de La Laguna, a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and an MBA from Universidad de Monterrey.
