Craig Dubay

Craig DuBay has extensive experience in sales and operations management within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Territory Sales Manager at ABB since October 2018, Craig previously held roles including Account Manager and Senior Proposal Engineer. Prior to ABB, Craig worked at Whitesell Group as a Business Development Manager and Technical Sales Engineer, where responsibilities included collaborating across departments to meet customer requirements. Craig also served as Plant Manager at Eaton Steel Bar Company, overseeing plant operations with full P&L responsibility and managing various functions including manufacturing and human resources. Craig's career began in quality control and production scheduling roles at Hercules Drawn Steel and Eaton Steel Bar Company, respectively. Craig's early experience includes a managerial position at Arby's Restaurant Group and an internship at DTE Energy. Craig DuBay holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Lawrence Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Western Michigan University.
