Darren T.

Darren T. is currently a Corporate Research Fellow at ABB Corporate Research, specializing in electromagnetic, structural, and thermal analysis for power dense electrical machines, particularly in permanent magnet technology. Previously, they served as a consultant at Promotion, providing analysis and design for battery-powered handheld tools, and as an instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they taught a graduate course on electrical machines. They hold a BS in Electrical Engineering and Business, an MSEE in Electrical Engineering, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering, all from the University of Wisconsin system.
