Mohammad Al-Serafy

Mohammad Al-Serafy has over two decades of experience in sales, business development, and operations, with a strong focus on customer service. Starting in October 2019, they head the Service team and manage the P&L for Sales & Operations at ABB Motion Business. Prior to this, Mohammad was the Regional Service Sales Manager for Siemens in the Oil & Gas sector, and held significant roles at Cooper Crouse Hinds Industries and Franke. They earned a B.Sc. in Electrical Power from Cairo University, which laid the foundation for their career in the industry.
