Petra Horvat

Petra Horvat is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at ABB, Petra is involved in implementing the Workday HRIS as part of an HR Transformation project. Previously, Petra founded Bmind, providing HR advisory services focused on employee-oriented processes. Other significant positions include Chief People Officer at Revolgy, where Petra managed HR development and employee culture, and Head of People Operations at Bornfight, overseeing HR operations at a group level. Petra's career began in technical support at Infobip and PC Chip Magazine, complemented by a strong educational foundation in Computer Science and Pedagogy from the University of Zagreb.
