Raman Kumar Singh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as CHRO for ABB India and Global HRBP for Motion IS, Legal & Integrity since January 2018, Raman Kumar Singh has played a pivotal role in shaping HR strategies at ABB, a leader in industrial digitalization. Prior to this, a robust career at PepsiCo spanned over a decade in various HR leadership roles, including Director of HR Transformation and Director of Talent Acquisition, contributing significantly to large-scale business transformations and enhancing organizational capability. Earlier experience includes impactful roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Hindustan Times, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, and Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, complemented by an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology.
