Rodrigo O´Ryan Morán

Rodrigo Oliveira is currently serving as a LATAM Field Microbiology Application Specialist/Sales at Bruker in the Microbiology & Infection Diagnostics division since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rodrigo held the position of Technical Sales Specialist at Pensabio from January 2022 to January 2023. Rodrigo's academic background includes post-doctoral research in Environmental Mycology at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2018 to August 2020, focusing on alternative strategies for controlling fungi and mycotoxins in food, and post-doctoral research in Microbiology at Universidade de São Paulo from May 2017 to 2018, studying the effects of environmental factors on toxigenic fungi related to sorghum grains. Rodrigo holds an MBA from USP/Esalq (2021-2023) and has earned a PhD in Microbiology from USP (2015-2016), a Master's in Agronomy from Universidade Estadual de Maringá (2011-2012), and a Bachelor's and Licentiate degree in Biological Sciences from Universidade Estadual de Maringá (2006-2009).
