Stefan Blaettler

Stefan Blaettler is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in payroll integrations and finance transformations, currently serving as Project Manager for Payroll Integrations at ABB since January 2022. Prior to this role, Stefan was Head of PMO at Capita, overseeing a global Finance Transformation Program and the implementation of S/4 Hana, and held various project management positions within the same company, including leading the implementation of Workday and SAP PY in Germany. With an educational background that includes a Certified Project Management Associate IPMA Level D and a commercial diploma, Stefan has successfully managed large teams, stakeholder engagements at the C-level, and numerous projects across different sectors, including HR process design and system integrations. Previous roles at Monster Worldwide Switzerland AG involved leading customer service operations and managing significant CRM implementation projects.
