Verena Pagano has over 15 years of comprehensive experience in procurement and supply chain management across various companies, including ABB Brasil, Cyrela, and Engeform. Currently serving as the Indirect Procurement & Logistic Business Partner at ABB Brasil, Verena oversees strategic and operational purchasing with a significant annual budget and a team of six. Previous roles include managing purchasing for major construction projects at Gafisa and leading procurement departments at Engeform. Verena holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and is actively involved in the CIEC community, focusing on research and best practices in procurement. Additionally, Verena is a member of the Management Committee at Future Is Now, contributing to leadership initiatives in the New Economy.
