ABBA Voyage
Kim F. currently serves as the Head of Visitor Operations at ABBA Voyage since May 2023 and holds the position of Non Executive Director at PA Housing since September 2020. Previously, Kim F. worked at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew from December 2017 to June 2023, initially as Head of Visitor Operations and earlier as Visitor Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Visitor Services Operations Manager at the National Portrait Gallery from August 2009 to December 2017, overseeing a large Visitor Services Operations team and managing budgets and strategic planning. Additionally, Kim F. has held various management positions at Ripleys Believe it or Not, Museum in Docklands, and the New Millennium Experience Company. Kim F. completed education at Meopham Secondary School from 1984 to 1988.
