Dheeraj Shastri possesses extensive expertise in Global HR Strategy, Workforce Planning, and People Analytics, with a career spanning over two decades in various organizations. Currently at Abbott since 2014, Dheeraj leads People Insights Consulting, focusing on Strategic Workforce Planning and advanced analytics. Previous roles at Hewlett Packard and Xerox Services involved consulting on workforce strategy and analytics, while ensuring effective HR system implementations. Dheeraj's foundational experience began at GE Capital International Services, along with roles in earlier positions at Tech Mahindra and Maria Technologies, emphasizing talent acquisition and localized HR initiatives.
